On a daily Basis The Disneyland Resort Cast Member’s deal with thousands of Guess a day during there normal working shift. The Guess that come to the Disneyland Resort come from many different Countries, Religious Beliefs, and Cultures.

With all these different personality run together in a small area tempers fly and guess who gets the blunt end of it all? You Guessed it the poor cast member who may have say something the wrong way or just was taken the wrong way by the guest. I have seen many guess yell scream, and just plain throw a tantrum just to make a big scene just to get their way and/or  try to belittle the cast member as much as they can. I have herd that Cast members have or constantly been yelled at, stuff thrown at them, spit on, slapped and even punched by a angry or upset guest.

Now I’m not say not all the The Disneyland Resort Cast members Deserve it I have came across a few cast member who are cranky, rude or just don’t give a care. But with strong operation rules of conduct the Disneyland Resort weeds these people out and bring in people that do make a difference for the company and the guess. to Report these cast member please go to city hall and report it and don’t get physical and attack the cast member it not worth it and you wind up going to jail if they catch you.  report of  a bad cast members at city hall go directly to the head of that department and this issue is take care of.

The next time your at The Disneyland Resort make sure you give praise to that cast member I Know they appreciate it and if you see or receive something extra special let the cast member manger know and also, stop by city hall and let them know. By letting City hall know the cast member get recognition with the park and management and that cast member may receive a award for his good acts.

Without Disneyland in our minds, thoughts and harts Walt Disney wouldn’t have considered building the immense Wal Disney World Parks In Orlando Florid, and with out Disneyland we wouldn’t have Disney parks through out the world.

Just think of the many things we would miss out on if Disneyland never was built. No Pirates Of the Caribbean movie with over one billion dollars in box office sales, because it was inspired by the Disneyland Resort attraction Pirates of the Caribbean. No grad night for the the millions of high school graduates each year to experience and make memories from. When Disneyland Park debuted, Walt Disney wanted his guest to feel as if they left the world of today and entered the world of fantasy. To bring that vision to life Walt Disney Invited Various Merchants to set up shops on Main Street USA to bring this vision to life. Walt always feel things should be authentic as possible to make his dream come true. The shops had to be to be made and set-up to the period atmosphere to complete this feeling of realism.

The Main Street Cinema was opened on July 17, 1955, one of 20 original Disneyland Park Attraction that remain in the park today. The Main Street Cinema Was an A-ticket attraction in the original ticket books that Disneyland used but later was upgraded to a B-ticket attraction. Joining The Art of Animation Exhibit and Casey Jr. Circus Train.

This attraction pays tribute to one of Walts Disney’s most famous creations, Mickey mouse. When you visit Main Street Cinema, you can enjoy six early Mickey Mouse Shorts, including Steamboat Willie, which was released Nov 18, 1928.

Steam Boat willie was the first complete-sychornized sound cartoon. After its success, Walt Disney added sound to two Mickey Mouse filmswhich he previously had unable to sell, Plane Crazy (also showing in the Main Street Cinnama) and The Gallopin Gaucho.

The Disneyland Resort announced That they are making many efforts to use bio fuels and Compressed gas (CNG) as much as possible to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide in our air. Listed below are projects that are being planed or have been already done to be come more green.

The Guest and Cast Shuttles are totally ran on Compressed Natural Gas (CNG). Did you know that the boats that take you to Pirates Lair (AKA tom sawyers island) are also totally ran on Natural Compresses gas as well as the autopia cars, The Jungle Cruise Boats, The Sailing Ship Columbia, And all the cars that drive up and down Main Street USA.

Back in 2007 the five Disneyland Express Locomotives that ran the circuit of track that goes around Disneyland have been remodeled to be able to run on a soy based bio-fuel. With the Use of soy base Bio-Fuels The Disneyland resort has reduced the amount of carbon dioxide emissions by 80% (eighty percent)

the Disneyland resort is also working on other bio fuels that will reduce the amount of carbon dioxide emissions to our air but also the large amount of used cooking fat that is being sent to out land fills or oil wast compounds. the Disneyland resort has planed for the first attraction The Mark Twain Riverboat to be fully converted to use the Bio fuel made from used cooking fat from the kitchens around the resort this will reduce the amount of emissions and the amount of waste the resort put out each year. The conversion to the new fuel is planned sometime in 2009.

Other ways the Disneyland resort is Striving to become More Green is the more use of Electric vehicles. Believe it or not the vary fist green attraction or vehicle to ever be introduced to the Disneyland Resort was the monorail.Bback in 1955 this was the first electric only vehicle and clean running vehicle to be introduced to the Disneyland resort. Other Attraction that are being ran on electricity are the Finding Nemo Submarines, tho there are the same subs as the 2,000 League Under The Sea subs the diesel engine where removed ans new electric track and engines where installed. Even behind the scenes there are over 350 zero emissions electric vehicles that solely run on electricity.

The President of the Disneyland Resort Ed Grier announces today that he will be retiring from the Disney company. Ed Been With the Disney Company for 28 years and had many rolls hes worked in Orlando, Paris, Tokyo and The Disneyland Resort in California for the last 3 years.

Ed stated the reason that he is retiring is so he can spend more time with his family and that he will miss the Disney Company and all the people he has met. and that he looking forward to the future ahead. The Disney Company has not announced a replacement for Ed’s Potion
